Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support associates' daily goals to deliver exceptional client experiences and maximize sales
• Ensure brand standards are met, including merchandising, marketing, and back room organization
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve positive results and build a strong talent pipeline
• Manage store operations including inventory, ordering, shipment processing, and payroll scheduling
• Execute digital strategies such as Omni-channel fulfillment (SFS/SDD/BOPIS)
• Maintain a safe environment and enforce loss prevention, cash control, and HAZMAT procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 3+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• 1+ year of prior management experience preferred
• Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with management
• Availability to work flexible schedules to meet business needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is desirable but not required
