Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading associates, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Supervise and direct associates' daily goals to maximize sales, KPIs, and customer loyalty.
• Maintain brand standards, including merchandising, planograms, marketing, and back room organization.
• Engage, train, and develop team members through coaching and accountability.
• Manage inventory, including ordering, shipment processing, and shrink prevention.
• Execute omni-channel fulfillment processes such as BOPIS and SFS.
• Ensure a safe store environment by following all company policies and HAZMAT procedures.
• Manage payroll hours and scheduling to meet business needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with management.
• Flexible scheduling availability to meet business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology license.
