Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and assume primary duties when the Store Manager is absent
• Lead, coach, train, and develop associates to deliver strong customer service and sales results
• Drive brand standards, merchandising, marketing, and omni-channel execution
• Monitor store performance, analyze trends, and help create action plans to meet KPIs and financial targets
• Manage scheduling, payroll hours, inventory, shipment processing, and opening/closing procedures
• Maintain a safe store environment and follow cash control, shrink, and loss prevention procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 3+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• 1+ year of management experience preferred
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Scheduling availability to meet business needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is desirable, but not required
• Experience with omni-channel retail operations
• Background in recruiting, training, and team development
