Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading associates, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience to drive sales and brand standards.
• Supervise and plan associate daily goals to maximize KPIs and customer loyalty through in-store and omni-channel selling models.
• Engage, train, and develop team members, providing coaching and counseling to address individual strengths and opportunities.
• Manage store operations including inventory, shipment processing, payroll hours, and scheduling.
• Ensure execution of digital strategies such as omni-channel fulfillment (SFS/SDD/BOPIS).
• Maintain a safe environment for associates and customers by enforcing all company policies, loss prevention procedures, and HAZMAT compliance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Effective communication skills with both team members and management.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail sales or customer service experience.
• 1+ year of prior management experience.
• Valid Cosmetology license.
