About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading associates, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences and brand standards.
  • Supervise and plan daily associate activities to maximize sales, KPIs, and customer loyalty.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to achieve positive results and maintain accountability to company policies.
  • Manage store operations including inventory, shipment processing, payroll hours, and scheduling.
  • Execute digital strategies such as Omni-channel fulfillment (SFS/SDD/BOPIS).
  • Ensure a safe store environment and follow all loss prevention, cash control, and HAZMAT procedures.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
  • Effective communication skills with both team members and management.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of retail sales or customer service experience.
  • 1+ year of prior management experience.
  • Valid Cosmetology license.
