Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining brand standards.
• Lead, train, and develop store associates to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve client concerns.
• Manage store operations including inventory, shipment processing, and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Oversee scheduling and payroll management to meet business needs.
• Ensure a safe environment for associates and customers by following loss prevention and safety policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Flexible scheduling availability to meet business demands.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is desirable but not required.
