Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading, training, and developing associates to achieve business objectives and KPIs.
• Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, brand standards, and omni-channel fulfillment (BOPIS/SFS).
• Drive sales and customer loyalty by providing exceptional service and resolving customer concerns.
• Manage store processes such as inventory, shipment processing, payroll hours, and scheduling.
• Ensure a safe environment for customers and associates by enforcing loss prevention and safety policies.
• Act as the primary leader in the absence of the Store Manager.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Flexible scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting moderately heavy items.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a retail environment.
• Valid Cosmetology license is desirable but not required.
