Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading associates, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive sales and KPIs by supervising daily goals, merchandising, and omni-channel fulfillment processes.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members, providing coaching and counseling to foster professional growth.
• Manage store operations including inventory, shipment processing, payroll hours, and scheduling.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and HAZMAT policies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving customer issues and concerns when the Store Manager is not present.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with both associates and management.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail sales or customer service experience.
• 1+ year of prior management experience.
• Valid Cosmetology license.
