Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining brand standards.
• Lead, train, and develop store associates to achieve sales KPIs and customer loyalty.
• Manage omni-channel fulfillment processes, including SFS, SDD, and BOPIS.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering and shipment processing.
• Ensure store safety, loss prevention, and compliance with all company policies.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
• Manage payroll hours and scheduling to meet business needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Flexible scheduling availability to meet business demands.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is desirable but not required.
