Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading associates, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive sales and key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective in-store selling and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to achieve positive results and maintain brand standards.
• Manage store operations including inventory, shipment processing, payroll hours, and scheduling.
• Ensure a safe environment for customers and associates by enforcing company policies and loss prevention procedures.
• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving customer issues and concerns.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and management.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail sales or customer service experience.
• 1+ year of prior management experience.
• A valid Cosmetology license.
