Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading associates, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience to drive sales and brand standards.
• Supervise and plan daily associate activities to maximize KPIs and customer loyalty through both in-store and omni-channel selling models.
• Train, coach, and develop team members, holding them accountable to company policies and fostering an inclusive environment.
• Manage store operations including inventory, shipment processing, payroll hours, and scheduling.
• Execute digital strategies such as omni-channel fulfillment (BOPIS, SFS, SDD).
• Ensure a safe environment for customers and associates by enforcing loss prevention and safety policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Flexible scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is desirable but not required.
