Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading associates, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences and brand standards.
• Supervise and plan daily associate activities to maximize sales, KPIs, and customer loyalty.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to achieve positive results and foster a diverse, inclusive environment.
• Manage store operations including inventory, shipment processing, payroll hours, and scheduling.
• Execute digital strategies such as Omni-channel fulfillment (BOPIS, SFS, SDD).
• Ensure a safe environment for customers and associates by enforcing all safety and loss prevention policies.
• Act as the primary point of contact to resolve customer issues and concerns.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with management and associates.
• Flexible scheduling availability to meet business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is desirable but not required.
