Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading associates, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences and brand standards.
• Supervise and plan associate daily goals to maximize sales, KPIs, and customer loyalty.
• Manage brand standards including merchandising, planograms, marketing, and back room organization.
• Engage, train, and develop team members through coaching, counseling, and active recruitment.
• Execute operational processes including inventory management, shipment processing, and payroll scheduling.
• Oversee Omni-channel fulfillment strategies such as SFS, SDD, and BOPIS.
• Ensure a safe store environment and enforce loss prevention, cash control, and inventory procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team to meet business objectives and communicate effectively with management.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is desirable but not required.
