Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support and motivate the team to achieve store objectives
• Provide exceptional customer experience and prioritize satisfaction
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for growth
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training
• Manage stock, compliance, and operational procedures
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and optimize product displays
• Support omnichannel initiatives to maximize sales
• Plan floor coverage and delegate daily tasks

Requirements

• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in retail
• High school diploma
• Ability to lead teams toward achieving sales goals
• Proficiency with POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Suite
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Passion for fashion and current trends
