Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a friendly and knowledgeable resource for every customer, answering questions and providing product recommendations
• Connect with customers using open-ended questions to assess their specific needs
• Share store management responsibilities with the Store Manager
• Operate the cash register and use computer systems for business tasks and product research
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment following merchandising standards

Requirements

• Retail or customer service experience
• Confident and comfortable engaging with customers to provide a positive experience
• Experienced runner with a love for sports and the running community
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (verbal and written)
• Availability to work weekdays and weekends
• Ability to work 20-30 hours per week (Part-Time)
• Self-motivated to complete tasks with minimal supervision
