Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the team by example as a brand ambassador for the Rituals world
• Support the Store Manager in building a culture of trust and positive feedback
• Assist in team expansion through recruitment, selection, and retention
• Develop and motivate colleagues to ensure continuous professional growth
• Organize daily workflows and conduct team meetings
• Prepare and execute monthly business kick-off meetings to focus on goals and inspiration
• Ensure a premium shopping experience for every customer

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience as an Assistant Store Manager in retail or hospitality
• Strong interpersonal skills including communication, motivation, coaching, and relationship building
• Experience in knowledge sharing and driving behavioral change through development
• Confident decision-making and problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency in English for verbal and written communication
