Responsibilities
- Lead the team by example as a brand ambassador for the Rituals world
- Support the Store Manager in building a culture of trust and positive feedback
- Assist in team expansion through recruitment, selection, and retention
- Develop and motivate colleagues to ensure continuous professional growth
- Organize daily workflows and conduct team meetings
- Prepare and execute monthly business kick-off meetings to focus on goals and inspiration
- Ensure a premium shopping experience for every customer
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as an Assistant Store Manager in retail or hospitality
- Strong interpersonal skills including communication, motivation, coaching, and relationship building
- Experience in knowledge sharing and driving behavioral change through development
- Confident decision-making and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in English for verbal and written communication
