About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and unite the team on a daily basis
- Ensure the best customer experience in the boutique
- Maintain perfect boutique presentation by setting an example
- Develop commercial indicators and implement action plans
- Act as a coach by providing daily training to the team
- Manage stock through regular inventories and shrinkage monitoring
- Support the Store Manager with team administrative management
Requirements
