Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team and ensure a meaningful shopping experience for every customer
• Act as second-in-command to the Store Manager, taking charge when necessary
• Drive store performance through excellent customer service and efficient operations
• Support recruitment, hiring, and retention of a diverse store team
• Coach team members to help them reach their full potential
• Manage stock and inventory within a fast-paced outlet environment

Requirements

• Prior experience as an Assistant Store Manager or equivalent in retail or hospitality
• Strong people management skills including coaching and motivation
• Proven ability to share knowledge to drive behavioral change
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a high-footfall, fast-paced setting
