About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a role model for the team and a brand ambassador for Rituals
- Improve daily store performance through customer-oriented service, teamwork, and smooth operations
- Coach, guide, and train team members to support their growth and strengths
- Support the Store Manager in creating a culture of trust based on positive and goal-oriented feedback
- Assist in hiring new colleagues and building a cohesive, motivated team
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant leadership experience (e.g., floor manager, supervisor, team leader, or assistant shop manager) in retail or commercial hospitality
- Strong people management skills including communication, connecting, motivating, and coaching
- Experience in conducting performance and development conversations
- Proven experience in training teams to achieve sales targets through coaching methodologies
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
