Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model for the team and a brand ambassador for Rituals
• Improve daily store performance through customer-oriented service, teamwork, and smooth operations
• Coach, guide, and train team members to support their professional growth
• Support the Store Manager in creating a culture of trust through positive and goal-oriented feedback
• Assist in hiring new colleagues and building a cohesive, motivated team

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant leadership experience (e.g., floor manager, supervisor, team leader, or assistant shop manager) in retail or commercial hospitality
• Strong people management skills including communication, connecting, motivating, and coaching
• Proven experience in training teams to achieve sales targets and behavioral changes
• Ability to handle decision-making and problem-solving effectively in a fast-paced environment
