About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure highest quality customer service using the "water Island" concept
- Train and develop the team to help them reach their full potential
- Support the Store Manager in creating a culture of trust and constructive feedback
- Actively participate in recruitment, hiring, and talent development
- Be ready to step in for the Store Manager and take full responsibility when needed
Requirements
- Experience as an Assistant Store Manager in retail or a similar leadership role
- Proven people management skills including communication, motivation, and coaching
- Strong commitment to excellent customer service and mentoring
- Highly organized with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
