Requirements

  • Experience as an Assistant Store Manager in retail or a similar leadership role
  • Proven people management skills including communication, motivation, and coaching
  • Strong commitment to excellent customer service and mentoring
  • Highly organized with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
