Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure highest quality customer service using the "water Island" concept
• Train and develop the team to help them reach their full potential
• Support the Store Manager in creating a culture of trust and constructive feedback
• Actively participate in recruitment, hiring, and talent development
• Be ready to step in for the Store Manager and take full responsibility when needed

Requirements

• Experience as an Assistant Store Manager in retail or a similar management role
• Proven people management skills including communication, motivation, and coaching
• Strong commitment to excellent customer service and mentoring others
• Independent, well-organized, and capable of effective decision-making and problem-solving
