Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and role model for the team
- Assist the Shop Manager in creating a culture of trust and constructive feedback
- Support daily operations including sales, customer service, inventory, and merchandise management
- Participate in selecting, hiring, and retaining talented team members
- Train team members to foster their professional development and potential
- Act as the second leader in the store, ready to step in for the Shop Manager
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as a team leader in the retail sector
- Personnel management skills
- Experience in coaching and driving the growth of others
- Decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in English
