Responsibilities

- Coach team members to help them reach their full potential
- Manage operational excellence, including stock and inventory management
Requirements
- Prior experience as an Assistant Store Manager or equivalent in retail or hospitality
- Strong people management skills including coaching and motivation
- Experience in knowledge sharing to drive behavioral change
- Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-footfall environment
