Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Store Managers to lead the team and manage daily operations
• Coach and develop team members to ensure high performance
• Role model genuine service to create positive customer experiences
• Act as a safety leader to maintain a secure environment for staff and customers
• Manage opening and closing responsibilities for the store

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience or readiness to take the next career step
• Experience in retail or trade, including sales, wholesale, or workshop operations
• Valid driver's licence and flexible availability
• Physical capacity to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing
• A strong commitment to prioritizing workplace safety

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of mechanical or automotive parts
