Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Inspire and develop a high-performing team through coaching and active floor presence
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and prioritize satisfaction
• Monitor KPIs and recommend actions to support store goals and brand growth
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
• Manage inventory, compliance, and operational procedures
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and optimize product displays
• Support omnichannel initiatives to maximize sales
• Assist in scheduling and delegating tasks to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail team management or supervision experience
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive sales performance
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in POS, ERP, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Passion for fashion and current trends
