Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor sales performance to improve business results
• Drive execution of an elevated client experience and act as a brand ambassador
• Lead the sales floor and build loyal client relationships
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to the team for continuous improvement
• Manage effective scheduling to balance sales and service while meeting payroll goals
• Maintain inventory accuracy and loss prevention controls
• Assist in merchandising presentation and concept standards
• Manage day-to-day performance of retail teams and support career development
• Assist in hiring, training, and development of the store team

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of retail management experience
• Experience in a sales or operationally intensive business
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
• Strong business acumen and attention to detail
• Availability for a minimum of 40 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays
