About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily boutique operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Drive sales performance and ensure daily sales targets are met
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Act as a brand ambassador by promoting new campaigns and product launches
- Manage floor activities including inventory processing, replenishment, and cash operations
- Resolve customer issues and operational problems proactively
Requirements
- Previous retail management experience or a similar leadership role
- Experience as a key holder
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Basic English proficiency for communication with global partners
