Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily boutique operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Drive sales performance and ensure daily sales targets are met
• Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Act as a brand ambassador by promoting new campaigns and product launches
• Manage floor activities including inventory processing, replenishment, and cash operations
• Resolve customer issues and operational problems proactively

Requirements

• Previous retail management experience or a similar leadership role
• Experience as a key holder
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Basic English proficiency for communication with global partners
