About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in managing day-to-day operations to meet KPIs and profit expectations
  • Assist with recruitment, training, development, and succession planning for high-performing team members
  • Promote brand values, attitude, and culture to ensure a premium customer experience
  • Implement seasonal initiatives, store programs, and specific operational policies
  • Coach team members on sales techniques, product education, and omnichannel programs
  • Resolve guest feedback and address emergent issues or escalations to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a safe and compliant working environment in accordance with Health and Safety Standards

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar retail management role
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Spanish
