About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in managing day-to-day operations to meet KPIs and profit expectations
- Assist with recruitment, training, development, and succession planning for high-performing team members
- Promote brand values, attitude, and culture to ensure a premium customer experience
- Implement seasonal initiatives, store programs, and specific operational policies
- Coach team members on sales techniques, product education, and omnichannel programs
- Resolve guest feedback and address emergent issues or escalations to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a safe and compliant working environment in accordance with Health and Safety Standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar retail management role
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Spanish
