Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in managing day-to-day operations to meet KPIs and profit expectations
• Lead the recruitment, training, development, and succession of high-performing team members
• Promote a strong sales culture and ensure high standards of customer service
• Implement brand programs, seasonal initiatives, and store policies effectively
• Coach team members on product education, omnichannel programs, and retail standards
• Resolve guest feedback and address emergent issues or escalations to ensure a positive experience
• Maintain a safe and compliant working environment in accordance with Health and Safety standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar retail management role
• Proven ability to manage KPIs and drive profitability
• Experience in team recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Strong commitment to customer service excellence and brand values
