Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations to ensure the store meets KPIs and profit/loss objectives
• Assist in the recruitment, training, development, and succession planning of high-performing team members
• Embody and communicate the brand's values, attitude, and culture positively
• Implement seasonal programs, policies, and store-specific initiatives under the direction of the Store Manager
• Coach team members to deliver excellent customer service, including product knowledge and omnichannel transaction support
• Manage customer feedback and resolve urgent or delicate situations to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for both the team and customers by applying all health and safety measures
• Actively participate in floor management to meet the needs of the team and clientele

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar retail management role
• Proven experience with KPI management and driving business results
• Ability to support recruitment, onboarding, and staff training
• Excellence in customer service and conflict resolution
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and coaching
