About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in managing day-to-day operations to meet KPIs and profit expectations
- Assist with recruitment, training, development, and succession planning for high-performing team members
- Promote brand values, attitude, and culture through active leadership and coaching
- Implement seasonal initiatives, store programs, and company policies effectively
- Ensure a premium guest experience by assessing needs and providing technical product education
- Manage omnichannel programs including buy online pickup in store and ship from store options
- Resolve guest feedback and address emergent issues or escalations to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a safe and compliant working environment in accordance with Health and Safety Standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar retail management role
