Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in managing day-to-day operations to meet KPIs and profit expectations
• Assist with recruitment, training, development, and succession planning for high-performing team members
• Promote brand values, attitude, and culture through active leadership and coaching
• Implement seasonal initiatives, store programs, and company policies effectively
• Ensure a premium guest experience by assessing needs and providing technical product education
• Manage omnichannel programs including buy online pickup in store and ship from store options
• Resolve guest feedback and address emergent issues or escalations to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a safe and compliant working environment in accordance with Health and Safety Standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar retail management role
