Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in managing day-to-day operations to meet KPIs and P&L expectations
• Lead recruitment, training, onboarding, and performance management for high-performing team members
• Promote a strong sales culture and ensure high customer experience standards in line with brand values
• Implement seasonal initiatives, store programs, and operational policies
• Coach team members on product education, guest engagement, and omnichannel programs
• Resolve guest feedback and address emergent issues or escalations to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a safe and compliant working environment following Health and Safety Standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a retail management role
• Proven ability to manage day-to-day retail operations
• Experience in recruitment, training, and staff development
• Strong understanding of KPI and P&L management
