Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and team activities to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Drive sales and business development to ensure an exceptional luxury customer experience
  • Support inventory management, including stock receiving and visual merchandising optimization
  • Assist with staff scheduling, morning briefings, and the planning of in-store events
  • Participate in team training, recruitment, and the onboarding process for new employees

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail
  • At least 1 year of experience in a management or supervisory role
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Proficiency in office software
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and business acumen
