Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales revenue and implementing action plans to boost performance.
• Deliver an exceptional, premium customer experience and manage CRM implementation.
• Assist in store operational management, including stock control and communication with procurement.
• Optimize customer service processes for repairs, warranties, returns, and exchanges.
• Foster a collaborative and positive working environment that reflects the brand DNA.
• Manage staff scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and training to ensure operational excellence.
• Motivate the team through engaging daily briefings and identifying training needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with a luxury brand.
• At least 1 year of experience in a managerial position within a luxury retail environment.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire others.
• Strong background in business development and performance management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of additional languages is a significant plus.
