About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales revenue and implementing action plans to boost performance.
- Deliver an exceptional, premium customer experience and manage CRM implementation.
- Assist in store operational management, including stock control and communication with procurement.
- Optimize customer service processes for repairs, warranties, returns, and exchanges.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment that reflects the brand DNA.
- Manage staff scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and training to ensure operational excellence.
- Motivate the team through engaging daily briefings and identifying training needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with a luxury brand.
- At least 1 year of experience in a managerial position within a luxury retail environment.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire others.
- Strong background in business development and performance management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of additional languages is a significant plus.
