About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in proactive revenue management and implementing action plans to drive sales.
  • Represent the excellence of Polène and ensure an irreproachable customer experience.
  • Implement high-end CRM strategies to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Collaborate with headquarters on operational and strategic matters to maintain brand standards.
  • Assist in stock management and optimize in-store customer service processes, including repairs and returns.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that reflects the brand's DNA.
  • Manage team schedules, participate in recruitment, and lead training and onboarding for new staff.
  • Motivate the team through inspiring daily briefings.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience working with luxury brands.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire collaborators.
  • Business-oriented mindset with a focus on performance management and operational structuring.
  • Fluency in English (proficiency in additional languages is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
