Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and achieving revenue targets
• Deliver and maintain an exceptional luxury customer experience that reflects brand standards
• Support the development of long-term client relationships and clienteling initiatives
• Assist with daily store operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards
• Lead, coach, and motivate the boutique team to achieve store goals
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees

Requirements

• 3–5 years of retail leadership experience
• Luxury retail background preferred
• Proven ability in sales performance management and client development
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Experience supporting store openings is a plus
