About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in driving commercial activity, performance, and customer experience excellence.
- Analyze daily performance indicators to boost sales and implement action plans to optimize results.
- Train, coach, and motivate the management and sales teams to ensure high service standards.
- Oversee visual merchandising guidelines to maintain a flawless store environment and brand image.
- Manage operational tasks including staff scheduling, stock control, rolling inventories, and shrinkage prevention.
- Drive customer loyalty through CRM initiatives and local partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures regarding checkout, security, and HR.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales performance analysis and retail management.
- Strong background in team coaching, training, and staff development.
- Expertise in stock control and inventory management.
- Experience with visual merchandising oversight in a premium retail environment.
- Proficiency in CRM and loyalty-building strategies.
- Ability to solve complex problems with pragmatism and diplomacy.
