Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and achieving revenue targets
• Deliver and maintain an exceptional customer experience reflecting luxury standards
• Support the development of long-term client relationships and clienteling initiatives
• Assist in implementing CRM best practices to strengthen customer loyalty
• Manage daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies
• Assist with stock management and maintain visual merchandising standards
• Lead by example on the sales floor and support coaching and development of the boutique team
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees

Requirements

• 3–5 years of retail leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability in sales performance management and client development
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with a luxury brand
• Additional language skills
