Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including staff management and driving sales growth
- Take responsibility for visual merchandising, including window displays and seasonal themes
- Organize and conduct visual training for the store team to maintain brand standards
- Deliver high-quality, personalized customer service and product recommendations
- Apply sales techniques to achieve store targets and operate the POS system
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and stock replenishment
- Participate in the recruitment, selection, and coaching of new employees
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a retail leadership role
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree in business or management is a plus)
- Strong language skills in German; English is preferred
- Proven ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Outgoing personality with a passion for sales and customer contact
