Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Help customers highlight their beauty and individual style through jewelry selection
• Create unique, emotional, and magical moments for customers in-store
• Provide expert sales advice and exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage behind-the-scenes organization to ensure a seamless shopping experience
• Support the store team in maintaining high standards of service and engagement

Requirements

• Proven experience in a retail environment
• Previous experience in a similar leadership or assistant management role
• Strong service-oriented and customer-oriented mindset
• Creative, independent, and highly engaged professional
• Fluency in Dutch

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques
• Initial experience working with retail KPIs
