Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by analysing sales, KPIs, and customer feedback
• Support the Store Manager in planning and executing business strategies
• Champion visual merchandising and product displays
• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse and engaged team
• Deliver clear communication and impactful feedback to staff
• Act as a brand ambassador and role model on the shop floor
• Resolve escalated customer service issues with professionalism
• Manage daily operational tasks including rotas, stock control, and till operations
• Ensure compliance with security, health, and safety standards

Requirements

• Proven experience driving sales and profitability in a retail environment
• Experience leading or coaching a high-performing team
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced setting
• Positive, can-do attitude and growth mindset
• Passion for retail and excellent customer service

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with a leading brand or consumer product retailing
• Experience as a senior supervisor or current assistant manager
