Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving commercial targets and KPIs
• Coach and inspire the sales team, providing real-time feedback and guidance
• Engage with customers on the sales floor to create unforgettable shopping moments and build brand loyalty
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on-brand operation
• Assist in recruiting and bringing top talent into the team, including Sales Associates and Leads
• Manage time and priorities effectively to ensure all store duties are completed

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment
• Proven results-oriented leadership skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with people at all levels
• Analytical thinking and business acumen to deliver positive results
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
