About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales and exceeding individual and store KPIs
- Coach and inspire the sales team by providing real-time feedback and guidance
- Create exceptional customer experiences and build brand loyalty through product expertise
- Engage with customers on the sales floor to foster lasting connections
- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure an on-brand operation
- Assist in recruiting and bringing top talent into the team, including Sales Associates and Leads
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment
- Proven results-oriented leadership skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with people at all levels
- Analytical thinking and strong business acumen
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems
- Ability to manage time effectively and delegate tasks
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
