Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales and exceeding individual and store KPIs
• Coach and inspire the sales team by providing real-time feedback and guidance
• Create exceptional customer experiences and build brand loyalty through product expertise
• Engage with customers on the sales floor to foster lasting connections
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure an on-brand operation
• Assist in recruiting and bringing top talent into the team, including Sales Associates and Leads

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment
• Proven results-oriented leadership skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with people at all levels
• Analytical thinking and strong business acumen
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems
• Ability to manage time effectively and delegate tasks
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
• Flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
