Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by analyzing sales, KPIs, and customer feedback to make commercial decisions
• Support the Store Manager in planning and executing business strategies to meet sales targets
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive team
• Role model the signature Pandora selling ceremony to ensure a world-class customer experience
• Champion visual merchandising and product displays according to brand guidelines
• Manage daily operational tasks including rotas, stock control, till operations, and compliance
• Ensure high shop floor standards and smooth stock management

Requirements

• Proven experience driving sales and profitability in a retail environment
• Previous experience in a leadership role (e.g., Senior Supervisor or Assistant Manager)
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Passion for delivering exemplary customer service and coaching teams
• A growth mindset with the ability to adapt to changing business needs
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
