Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Coach and inspire the sales team, providing real-time feedback to achieve KPI goals
• Exceed individual and store sales targets by building genuine connections with customers
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on-brand operation
• Assist in recruiting and bringing top talent into the team, including Sales Associates and Leads
• Engage with customers on the sales floor to foster brand loyalty and unforgettable shopping moments

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment
• Proven results-oriented leadership skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with people at all levels
• Analytical thinking and business acumen to deliver positive results
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems
• Ability to manage time effectively and delegate tasks
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
• Flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years of age
