Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support, coach, and motivate the Homebush DFO team to meet and exceed store targets
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement through active coaching and training
• Act as Store Manager when required, including responsibility for opening and closing the store
• Deliver memorable customer service and maintain exceptional product knowledge
• Implement brand visual merchandising strategies and manage promotional changes
• Create and maintain a safe working environment for both team members and customers

Requirements

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience, ideally within a retail environment
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Confidence in providing constructive feedback and performance coaching to a team
• Ability to deliver an exceptional and professional customer experience
