Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with the Head Coach to deliver service excellence and create a unique shopping experience
• Supervise, recruit, and develop a diverse team of Athletes to ensure an excellent work atmosphere
• Implement operational processes and tools to reach sales targets and optimize productivity
• Oversee various departments including Commercial, Athlete, and Consumer Experience
• Support the implementation of brand strategies such as sustainability, membership, and digital services
• Provide reports regarding store activities, local marketplace trends, and consumer insights
• Ensure store compliance with all NIKE standards and guidelines

Requirements

• Extensive retail experience, including previous management or leadership roles
• Proven ability to coach and develop a high-performing team
• Strong communication skills and a focus on exceptional consumer service
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Passion for NIKE and a genuine love for sports or sports fashion
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
