Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business results.
• Manage store staffing by attracting, assessing, and onboarding new teammates.
• Drive store growth through effective budgeting, planning, and sales management.
• Oversee the product life cycle, including stockroom management, visual merchandising, and sales floor presentation.
• Equip employees with the necessary tools and training to succeed in their daily responsibilities.

Requirements

• Four years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• Three years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Proven ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution, employee coaching, and counseling.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and climbing ladders.
• Availability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
