Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team to ensure all store functions run seamlessly and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Recruit, assess, and onboard new teammates to ensure the store is optimally staffed
• Drive store business results and critical metrics, including sales, budgeting, and people management
• Equip employees with the necessary tools and training to succeed in their daily responsibilities
• Manage the product life cycle from the stockroom to visual merchandising and the sales floor

Requirements

• Four years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience
• Three years of leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems
• Proven ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution, employee coaching, and counseling
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and climbing ladders
• Availability to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
